About Amy
I began my first career later in life and soon learned how to navigate a complete career change. Every experience has been an opportunity to learn and every "failed" attempt was just an experience in how not to do something. As a very wise man once said, "every day is a school day." This mentality enables me to change, grow, success, and fail without it affecting my self-esteem.
Through everything, I realized that I am rather good at helping people make changes in their lives. Consulting and coaching is a partnership between the client and the coach to bridge the gap between the client's current position and desired outcome. My job is to help you identify your goals, map out the path, break tasks into actionable steps, and encourage you when the "plan for change" gets hard. Your success and excitement keeps me motivated to serve.
I've been a rolling stone in almost every aspect of my life. I've lived on the east and west coasts, midwest, Hawaii, and Japan. I've worked in fitness, accounting, management consulting, and higher education. I understand the fear of the unknown, frustration of uncertainty, pride of hard work, and elation of success. I am have first-hand experience with change and how hard it is to institutionalize.
I would like to help you make change easier. Let's get started today.

Solve Your Biggest Problems
“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
